Lane already knows where he's going. It has nothing to do with the highest bidder winning out because in the end, all the offers will be close. Sexton is taking advantage of multiple offers to get the most money possible, like any good agent would do. Smokescreens aren't a diversion; they're the ones that made it happen.

I know 1 house for 3M+ was on the market for 10 days and is now pending and it's less than 20 mins. from stadium. Not insinuating anything but fact. Also, another one (Dan Mullen's old house) status changed to pending in the same time period. :dunno:
