Imagine this. Let’s say Lane does come to LSU, Do you think Lane would tell his coordinators and Anthony Maddox in early November that truth if he were to leave, or would he tell them that he isn’t leaving to keep everything at bay and coordinators/Ole Miss community to not freak out about what they’ll do next.
Lane has no incentive to tell anyone the truth, if it is a yes he’s leaving, until it officially comes out as a yes or no.
Just like Lincoln Riley said he wasn’t leaving OU, then 2 weeks later left for USC.
