28 million isn’t what it used to be. If LSU wants him and he’s interested, 28 million won’t get in the way. That sounds crazy and it is but it’s reality.

Kiffin being friends with Ed may be the biggest hurdle.

Geez, I don't care for the d-bag and his antics and immaturity. But he can get an offense together for sure. The surprising thing about OM is that the defense is stout.
I just don't know if he would be long term and he seems like the type that do really well and then rest on his accomplishments and get complacent or either do something stupid. Immaturity in 40's is not something that is grown out of and he just makes me nervous.

Most of these coaches even if they are successful won't last at a given job more than 5 seasons.

Nothing like going for 4th and one at your own 25, in the first quarter.

Kiffin is a clown.

Kiffin has been my top choice all along but it is going to be Brian Kelly!

John Harbaugh might be the best game day coach in the NFL and he’ll go for 4th and 1 on his own 25. Nothing clownish about having a brain and putting it to use.

If you’re scared, say you’re scared.

I’m sure Kiffin learned from that, anyway, and I would much rather a coach who was having to temper his aggression vs one who is overly conservative.

In the first quarter? Do you know how retarded that is?

Kiffin isn't my first choice, but I could ride with it.

Those talking about his antics, I see him more like Spurrier than Orgeron, just without Spurrier's success (yet).

So why hasn't it been announced then? He owes no allegiance to OM just to play in a mid-level bowl game.
