We can put whatever we want into the contract. Whether it is later found to be unenforceable/illegal/against the rules is another issue. If that happens, then there would be a severability clause where that part of the contract being invalid and unenforceable would not impact the rest of the contract. Done.
It would still be a part of the agreement between LK and LSU, just not a formal part of the contract (see this past season and the NIL agreements made for FB and MBB- they didn’t require it to be written into BKs or MMs contracts). By the time any of this would end up in dispute in a court, LK would be here and be on his way to building the program in his mold.
