Crazy how quickly things can change. In Kelly's first season, the question was how long would House be at LSU until another college came calling for him.

He loves him. And people here wanted to toss TM into the DC role. Never coached before.

Everyone is the problem with recruiting/portal evaluation.

Clean "house", take a little hit short term, and move on in a positive direction.

I wouldn't be super upset about this. It's very clear our personnel just isn't there and, as others have stated, the position coaches are trash.
I wouldn't be upset if House was gone either.

Perkins has improved a ton as a player and set himself up for a career in football beyond college. He played very well this year. He was always going to have to learn to drop back in coverage at his size. He's basically a box safety in the NFL like Jamal Adams pre-injuries.
I think the 3rd down usage of him is the real glaring miss, but we were historically bad on 3rd down across the board. Insane how bad we were at every level and in scheme on 3rd down.

He needs to go plane and simple! They players dont swarm to the ball, out of position, cant tackle, thats all on a coach. If you let a player on the field that continues to do these things its your fault. Its hard to watch, hurts my stomach to see this.
