Pay site so can’t link. Adam munsterteiger says they have offered him a contract that would pay him close to the top of coaches in the PAC 12.

Odd fit to be honest. Wait and see if State / OM / Auburn turn that direction.

I doubt he takes it, but good to see Colorado swinging for the fences

Well one thing is for sure when he gets fired, and he will, the next hire will have talent to work with.
Good coaches need good Coordinators to succeed and up and
coming good coaches want to coach for someone who can teach
them something to help them move up the ladder.Does Prime
bring that to the table.I dont know.

I think Colorado is a sleeping big dog. Not giant but very good potential.

Well, it should be easier to get kids to Boulder than Lincoln, baw

That would be the worst move Deion could make. Colorado and its alums don’t care about football. He will have poor support and little NIL money.
The odds of him succeeding at the P5 level are slim. He needs the ideal situation to have even a chance of succeeding. Colorado ain’t it.

Did they add “unless we find a coach we like better?” That would be the truest sign that it’s a iron clad offer.

Adam is linked in. He has long time sources.

Deion’s looking to break out his fur coats

Colorado was big time in the 90’s. Their fall from prominence has been pretty quiet

Lol. Would be a catastrophe, imho. I say that as someone who had Buff tickets for 8 years. Deion should want no part of that . Their lesbian dance therapy team gets more love from the administration than the football program.

Hell it’s Boulder, Colorado. White women and weed, a college football players dream. He will recruit his arse off.

What a strange combination.

Can he bring his QB son?

My wife went to CU and I have been to plenty events which indicate to me that isn't true at all.
The only real problem they have right now is the lack of general studies and PE programs that make it easier to get athletic transfers. Their chancellor Phil DiStefano has been getting a lot of push back for trying to say that it's not a problem so I wouldn't be surprised if he either agrees to relax their transfer requirements (which are oddly similar to those of Stanford and Vandy) or get fired for refusing to do so.
Also, its not like they are trying to ignore the program. MacIntyre probably doesn't get fired if he hadn't tried to cover up for an assistant who was beating the shite out of his girlfriend.
Mel Tucker fricking them over by leaving for Michigan State in February after just one yaer right as they were committing a ton of money to shite he was asking for caused the panic hire of Dorrell. However, if they really didn't care about football at all they would have just let him keep sucking arse instead of firing him midway through year 3 of a 5 year deal.

I'd argue the fact they're going after a splash hire like Deion demonstrates this might no longer be true.
