I have never understood the complaints about this. The hurry up offense takes advantage of the rules in place to their advantage why is there such a big overblown tear fest when the other side uses the rules to combat it.

You mean “misuses the rules”

should be a simple fix to do it like a real injury. any player who stops the game for an injury must then come out of the game and go to the tent be examined by the medical staff under supervision of the conference officials before they are cleared to play again. if there was no apparent injury and replay shows no contact with that players so called injury, then the team gets charged a time out as well as being assessed a 15 yard personal foul penalty. if they are on defense at the time then the other team gets a free 15 yards and a first down.

I like it. Would almost assuredly fix aTm's "injury" problems.

You don’t think they’d just say it was a cramp? Easy way out.

Auburn did it, why cant A&M. If they are not going to penalize then it is going to continue.

They won't get away with this in their anal Cum Bowl game

Geez, I hope those A&M players are ok. I mean they will need to be in top shape for the Texas Bowl!

Should have been a 5 yard penalty vs a&m for that fake flopping that was so obvious

Scored on the next play.

Should be reviewable and charged timeouts on top of a flag.

The Flop is just ridiculously transparent. Flags should fly.

No excuses here. I was hoping for a competitive game. The faking was just icing on an embarrassing outing. I think LSU wins it all this year and will be pulling for you the rest of the way.

First time i saw that in the first quarter.. thats when u know they have no answer.. but still a crock of bs.. and they should do something like “if u fall down in the first half.. u sit out for two series” that should stop that..

".....that should stop that.." It should fix it, but then you'd probably have some unscrupulous coach send in a substitute at a critical time of the game, only to see him suffer an "unfortunate" pulled hamstring while sprinting onto the field. :-(

We dodged a bullet not getting Jimbo or Herman. Happy to be wrong. So wrong.

LSU did that against Texas

Uhmm, do you watch LSU football or just bits and pieces? 3 of the players who "did that against Texas" missed the following game due to injury.

where is the video for the LSU fake injury videos? I was looking on youtube and I see plenty of Texas AM fake injuries not only against us but UGA. I see videos for Auburn faking injuries. Anyway, Tom Herman and the Longhorns can take it out on LSU next year in Baton Rouge ;)
