I always thought a Nut Job was someone who someone who says he is leaving a job, uses his family as an excuse as to why he is leaving only to later then return to the job and work one more year. Then a few years later get another job at a different.. company (school) where a number of things would happen under him that would then eventually lead to him leaving the job.. At which point he goes into the private sector (NFL), coaching a pro team.. And when his team goes to Cincinnati, when the team flies back to Jacksonville, he stays behind where he is caught on video in a bar trying to bang some woman in the but with his finger. Urban is pitiful.
