Japan are really Japan first. Just raised their visa fees 400% and also repealed some old standing immigrant friendly laws. Sending a clear message that tourists and immigrants are not welcome!!

I see the same thing at the EBR libraries, it is filled with homeless people and juvenile delinquents. What happened to people that just go to borrow or read books.
