Conman: yep- agreed. Much like Cam Newton and Jameis Winston did.

Panthers made a mistake when they didn’t bring Coach Ensminger Sr. to be Co-Coordinator with Brady.

You dont see too many NFL coordinators get fired mid season. May have had other issues going on.

Unpopular opinion but he got wayyyyy more credit than what he was. He just had the most all around offensive talented team that has existed.

Correct opinion.

Just because you have a race car doesnt mean you can drive it to its full potential. He had a great team at LSU, yes. But he still had to operate it correctly to get the full potential from it, which I think we all know he did.

"[Brady] just had the most all around offensive talented team that has existed".... Ensminger also had all that offensive talent in 2018, and did little with it.

All plans work well with generational talent on the field. Just sayin.

Clarity comes every week as to who was responsible for 2019. Burrow is the GOAT, and all around him have been cut loose from the latest employment.

To be fair dude didn’t have much to work with at Carolina! Mccafftey hasn’t been healthy since Stanford and Cam well he sucks now.

Cam newton cant throw anymore and let's be serious Sam darnold was a terrible project.

I would have to agree a lot of that falls on the QB. None of their QB's were very talented and others had already peaked and started to decline. Carolina can bring in whoever and you are going to get the same results unless they make some changes in personnel. With that said bring on the Brady train.

I'd take him back. But honestly, BK needs to make his hires in a hurry. With signing day approaching, the other recruiters are having a field day with LSU targets and commits.

Burrow made him look good and he hates recruiting. Don’t want him back.

Negative. He made the offense unstoppable and knew how to use LSU’s talent correctly, at every position. Want him back.

Before you beg for JB to "come home" see what Bridgewater said about this offense. They didn't practice 2-minute. At all. It's one thing to bring the Saints playbook to baton Rouge and draw em up. It's another to run an offense, from game-planning to practice to adjustments to play-calling all the plays. The Goat QB/WR's made him look better than he ever was as an every day OC candidate.

Brian Kelly is an offensive guy and has been a head coach at the FBS level alone for 20 years. He'll get him right. Quick question for you guys. Who do you think got Lincoln Riley to add a power run game to his air raid? It was Stoops. Stoops may have been a former DC, but coaching under Spurrier made him realize that you needed a powerful offense to win big. Kelly will get him straight.

Ensminger was always underrated. Brady got all the credit because he was the “new face” in a transformed offense. But Burrow even said that the offense really started to click in bowl game practice when they finally had time to work together (before Brady joined). Brady was obviously great in terms of bringing in play design and route combos to get guys open, but they also had generational talent (look what the players are doing in the NFL). But O/Ensminger were running the practices and program. And Ensminger was calling the plays.
