Miami barely getting by unranked teams 3 weeks in a row. They don’t play a ranked team the entire season. It’s laughable that they are ahead of lsu

True, but won’t matter in the end for us

These polls are laughable. Nobody is playing for a spot in the AP or Coaches Poll playoffs.

Rankings don’t mean anything anymore until the end of the season.

Just keep winning

No one watching closely actually believes Oregon is the #1 team in the country or that the Big has three of the four best teams in the country.

Great example of how irrelevant these polls are.

If you like that, go check the current SEC standings. I never thought I’d see them behind Vandy, yet here we are.

Hosting ND or BYU would be awesome

I saw one projection where LSU was currently #11 playing at #6 Penn St with the winner playing Miami. I’d love for them to host a playoff game, but I’d sign up for that draw in a heartbeat. The only downside is it would have LSU playing UGA in the final 4.

Another expert saying Aggies is a trap game. Same - Florida, Vanderbilt, Oklahoma .

Having 5-2 Alabama over 5-1 ULM is a travesty. Last time I checked two losses were worse the one smdh

Do you honestly believe that ULM is better than Bama? Hell no you don’t and if you do then you are special.

College football is incredibly mediocre this year. There are so many unimpressive teams that are either undefeated or have only 1 loss. Vanderbilt being ranked is all you need to know.

This is actually the most competitive season in decades.

As usual, no one wants to hear anything other than "football is awesome... rah!!". Are anyone of you buying into Iowa state or Indiana? How about BYU, or maybe Army and Navy? You scared of those teams? Vanderbilt being ranked because they beat Bama and they're 5-2. The same Vandy who lost to Georgia State (who is tied for last in the Sun Belt) and beat a 2-win Ball State team by 10 points. You can call this parity all you want. This is the definition of mediocrity in sports.

The teams are not very impressive. Competitive is a different subject. If you watch these teams, it's just ugly. Parity always means it's going to be more openly competitive, but it also leads to mediocrity, and that was, and is, my point.
