Im not. Probably should have worded it “In addition to Alario Bros”. Just seeing if there might be a more convenient option.

Have you checked out Craig's List? I got a dozen double ring nets made with great material======coated heavy netting, nice double rings, bridle with cork, etc. for about $130 or so a few years ago from a guy on the Westbank who sells out of his home.

Don't remember his name, but the nets are top notch.

Chaggs or Puglias

I’ve used ones from academy and they don’t seem to catch well. Wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I have shopped at Puglia's forever, and they are great. The crab nets that they sell are terrible. I brought some back to him and showed him how I could literally push my fist through some of the openings in the net. He refunded my money. This was several years ago, but it still looks like the same nets.

Those look turrible, drops will work but you still have to be on the X and have the bait they want to eat. I have always preferred trout bellies, run your tie down line through the eye balls.

A head from an 18" redfish is to big for a ring net anyway. I use a piece of fish head to get them there, typically a trout, white trout or perch, and a piece of turkey neck to keep them there.
