I actually shared this listing with my wife a couple weeks ago. I think it’s priced right to get plenty of looks. Market just kind of slow I suspect.

I used to have an Apple Watch and I switched to an Garmin after a couple years. I hear you but then you gotta remember to always have a charger around. And to those that say they just charge it when they sleep like their phone, you sort of miss the point of having the functionality. I just simply don’t have time to plan my day around my watch battery. One less thing to have to plan/think about. I just charge my garmin once a week or so. I do miss the Apple Pay functionality when running or if I forget my wallet though.

Battery is laughable compared to Garmin..
Imagine being at that event trying to have a convo with her lol. No man or woman can resist just a quick look at during the chat.
This is true. My old employer was F500 whose DNA is engineering based and a lot of back office engineering done in India. The best climb the ranks there locally and then the top minds of that crop make jump over to US. The best of those move into leadership in the US office and then hire a lot of Indians locally. The HR leader needs to understand this talent strategy and pipeline and therefore is oftentimes Indian as well to facilitate this process.

The reality is most of those getting hired on are smart, hardworking and good people (plenty of bad apples too, just like US population) that come from a different culture and country. The reality also is that it’s taking away from the dwindling employment opportunities in the US.

It is a near term cost play for the company. Long term, I think it stifles innovation and execution.
The US companies have a duty to maximize profits for shareholders and they don’t care how it comes so long as it’s sustainable enough to last until the next quarter’s earnings release.
It’s often times value destructive and dependent on timing but those guys don’t survive long. To say it should be illegal is a stretch….what exactly should be illegal? Owning a company?
I basically gave it up and still feel like shite running on limited sleep all the time with a young and busy family. So I don’t need to pile on top.

I do look back on those nights fondly though, lots of good laughs and memories.
Why don’t you start by asking if you can buy one of his cattle when they’re ready for market?

Paying above average for below average results.
The funny part about this expression is that just two weeks ago after Florida, he was basically saying in post game that the plan all along was to flip the field and lean on defense which isn’t exactly complimentary.
My buddy is a construction manager on the site. He said the infrastructure for the nearest city cannot handle the trucks. They are paying handsomely. Sounded like oil field services type of situation where someone could make a mint providing support services like man camps and catering.
Can we just all admit it? Lots of old people bitching at first but I rarely fumble through my wallet these days and mostly use Apple Pay on my phone.

Yea yea I carry cash for things like restaurant valet tipping and keep a few hundred in my sock drawer in case of a hurricane but it’s pretty convenient overall.

I was reminded of this as I look at my Kentwood water jug filled with hundreds of coins that I haven’t added to in a number years now.
He said he was looking for Whit to talk about whether they hit the spread or not. At least that’s what I heard. Sounds like an inside joke.

I fat fingered downvote but wholeheartedly agree.
This is the part that gets me. He sits and lectures us about defense first team and blah blah blah. Dude, go look back at the elite defense we had which carried us to the Alabama rematch the National Championship game..::where we got embarrassed. We can do the eye test, it ain’t hard.

You gotta have some semblance of offense. Otherwise you are just wasting another year.
One time I was trying to reserve a hotel in Pittsburgh and it was totally booked up for a furry convention. This is how I found out about the furry world. Can’t imagine the filth in those hotel rooms after checkout.
Keep posting updates. I am going to follow your footsteps there in a couple months. I have to visit one of our facilities in Reynosa for first time and will be staying in McAllen.
Agree. The difference is globalization. For much of the service economy which has dominated in recent decades, who has to worry about unions and employees’ feelings when you can simply move the job to India or China or even Latin America. This is who the US middle class is competing with these days.
DO NOT EAT ON THE PATIO. This time last year, my wife and I had an outside table and the flies were horrendous. Never before have I seen so many flies. Excellent meal but I wouldn’t put up with that again.
Sounds like a good idea until you have to work all the holidays away from your family being the lowest employee on the totem pole.

Dude was fairly good last year, you could see the potential. Great catch.
