What to do in Ocean springs for 2 week nights this fall?

Thanks for any help you can be. No real entertainment needed; just want to bounce bar to bar/ restaurant to restaurant trying the menus, and checking out the scene. What appetizers, entrees, drinks can’t be missed? Thanks!

Eat at a restaurant called Fields! It's right there on the strip and it's very good. Huge portions and really good quality food.

Glory Bound Gyros has a nice patio area and bands on the weekend.
