Why is this post locked?

Thanks, Brian Kelly and Frank Wilson. We took Harlem Berry instead of a potential Heisman candidate at RB. Epic fail

This thread is dumb. Berry is not playing because Kiffin has his own way of running the offense. Take for instance UGA. UGA uses multiple RBs in the run game. Several teams utilize speed backs in their offense. Kiffin has decided to run two RBs who pass block. Completely destroying any chance of a homerun threat in the backfield.

Our leading RB averages 4.45 ypc. There isn't a starting RB for LSU this century that averaged that low for the full season. We basically could not block last year and Durham and Berry averaged 4.55 and 4.75 respectively. We haven't even played a run defense worth a fart yet.

We are currently not using our full arsenal of weapons and it's a travesty. Harlem should be getting 10+ touches a game in the receiving and running game. And not with the 2nd and 3rd string OL.

Berry is not playing because Kiffin likes running backs who can do more than hit a 30 yard run every 20 carries. He also likes running backs who don't fumble and have good vision.

Berry has not shown he has the ability to do any of that.
