Just 4, but what a random list. Pretty biased toward tropical places, too. Very odd to include Canterbury while ignoring many more attractive & charming towns of that era.

I've been to 11, and Yosemite (not on the list) is more beautiful than nearly all of the places that I've been on that list.

Agreed. As much as I love the blue ridge mountains (we hike and camp out there at least once per year), I don't know how anyone could rank it higher than Yosemite.

Man. You got to check out Lake Bled in Slovenia and Plitvice National Park in Croatia.

3, very close to a handful more.

Same, but have a couple others planned this year. I agree that I have seen some others that could arguably be on this list.

I count 6. Yellowstone, Venice, Blue Ridge Mts., Loire Valley, Positano, and Rothenburg.

I don't understand how Alaska doesn't have a single spot on that list.

Doesn't even have Lake Clark National Park

Most beautiful place I've seen.

But these lists are made for mass tourism

I really enjoyed Rothenburg, but I don't know how it got on the list of the most beautiful places in the world.

13 (Havasu Falls, Petra, Venice, Meteora, Grand Canyon, Banff, Lake Bled, Machu Pichu, Budapest, Cliffs of Moher, Dubai, Positano, and Giza)

I can’t believe Torres Del Paine or Perito Moreno aren’t on there. Those places blew my fricking mind even after all the places I’ve been already. Too many beaches on the list which isn’t my forte.

But I won't be disappointed if I miss several in that list

Lists like these are always objective. I spent a month in Norway, and I can assure you that Bergen was not even top 20 of the most beautiful places I saw. Lofoten Islands>>>All of Norway.

Yeah.

IMO, the list definitely needs to include somewhere in Patagonia, Alaska, California, and the Himalayas.

I'm jealous that you were able to get up to the Lofoten Islands. I spent 10 days in Norway but wasn't able to make it up there. And I agree. Bergen was cool, but there are so many places that have better scenery.

Same here, we happened to stop there on our drive from Frankfurt to Munich for a few hours. I thought it was a cool place but would have never thought to have seen it on that list.

Brings my grand total to 3 from the list.

Did you mean subjective?

Subjective refers to personal perspectives, feelings, or opinions entering the decision making process. Objective refers to the elimination of subjective perspectives and a process that is purely based on hard facts.
