I feel like you're missing out on some serious fun here.
-Is it okay to dig and then put the dirt back in your back yard? If so some strategically placed tombstones would be a lot of fun.
-Walking in the back yard buck nekkid can't be against code?

If you really want to frick with a neighbor take a needle and put it in her cable wire and cut the ends of it off.

Have you considered planting bamboo on the property line. water daily this summer and it will be **Extremely** invasive. you both will have 20ft bamboo by the end of the summer.

Install multiple cameras facing her house and property. See how she likes it. When she's outside then stand in your yard and film her with your phone. Don't say a word, just film her. Stand in front of her camera and stare at it. Maybe you will creep her out enough to leave you alone.

Update:
I guess the flag blowing 24/7 was too much. She probably got tired of watching my flag on her videos. Maybe it filled up her cloud storage? Camera is gone. She was forced to aim the floodlights away from my house by the code enforcement.
She has now gone so far as to put up one of those $10 fake cameras with the red blinking light on it. I guess she thinks that'll intimidate me, but I know it isn't real, so IDGAF.
Surveyor marked property boundaries Saturday. She decided that they were incorrect (even though parish updated their lines based on my last survey), and went and cut the grass 2ft into my yard. She also decided to spray Roundup through the fence, killing about 1ft worth of my grass in the back.
Have two fence companies coming today for an estimate on an 8ft fence out to the sidewalk. I am thinking about requesting barbed wire on my permit since I know she throws stuff over the other neighbor's fence. Plus, that would piss her off more

She came out one night around 12:30, and was standing right next to the flag. I believe her intention was to rip it down. She saw me, grabbed the hose, and started watering her plants....at 12:30am

I just texted my three neighbors (across the street, and both sides of my house) and told them I loved them.. thanks for the perspective

There are definitely a few neighborhood Nazis around here that believe it's their job to police everything. The type that think they own the entire block, and anyone that goes against what they want should be punished. Unfortunately, that old man shooter was one of those people.
Some people don't give in to bullies like that. I'm one of those people. My neighbor is trying to taunt me into doing something that I can get arrested for. As much as I want to do illegal things, I need to play it smart

You should probably call the police to start a trail documenting her harassment/trespassing. You want a record of the previous things she's done in case her behavior escalates.
Especially if you think she is capable of actually tearing down/destroying your property.

I thought about having her trespassed by the cops, but she'd definitely file a restraining order against me, and that would majorly screw up my concealed carry license. I'm not willing to take the chance of losing that.

ha ha, jokes on you. she bought a REAL camera that mimicked the FAKE camera so you'd be lulled into a false sense of security thinking you're smarter than her.
