Shifty makes more sense on punt returns. Speed makes more sense on KR. On a kick return defenders fill lanes. A fast player cna break through the gaps. A shifty players cant dance around an entire team. On a punt return though the shifty players only has to make 2 or 3 people miss.

The people here actually the most negative to the players is the entire shimp boat flotilla.
How many times do we hear how horrible the OL is but only the people that dont like Orgeron and some of his staff point out the talent brought in vs the coaching.

So he should shop at a higher volume dealer. The customer should go for the best price they can find. Its not like you need to do the deal locally to have better service. My biggest issue is that the price they gave him was the walk in price on the internet. Very odd to list your bottom price if that is all they can come down.
You can always go to a higher volume dealer and tell them you like the truck a X and they can work a dealer trade as well.

Does the sign define to citizens what is considered suspicious? The person filming in this video is purposely filming to arise suspicion by his own record. Now you are telling us thats not reasonable suspicion. Nobody is saying the crime here is filming. However they are asking questions to confirm he isnt planning something that is.
