Dont understand it with all glass phones that run 2 paychecks.
Planks of wood are fine if in good shape, that was the old way of doing it, but too expensive in modern times. While you have it up, you should really pry some of those subfloor boards up (or do you have good access from below) and double check the joists. It is extremely likely that over the years in a bathroom that some rot has occurred and that some plumbers and electricians have butchered things. Now is the easy time to replace bad wood.

But yes, follow the ditra videos and use the approved thinset for the ditra to the wood. Schluter has all of their videos available....
You really want Ditra if you are not laying on a concrete foundation. Ditra does its job and decouples the thinset bed and tile from the wood below - it will move. Cement board doesn't really provide anything. Most pros use purple board or fiberglass faced drywall for shower enclosures now with Kerdi. No need to mess with inferior cement board products. They have their applications but wet areas and structures with movement are not where you want to challenge Schluter products vs cement backer board products. its not a fair fight.

No reason to not use it on any raised wood structure or second floor. Also good to use on slabs with some movement/cracks after cracks are dressed with appropriate membrane. not a guarantee but fairly cheap insurance in south Louisiana.
So many man cards need to be revoked in this lol thread.

op.

1. Rip all that shlit out, plywood/subfloor boards too.

2. Inspect joists and repair, replace, level. Double up if/as needed. I doubt you can read a deflection table so just make sure no bounce when you jump.

3. Install subloor to correct height using layers as needed. Min 3/4 inch plywood. No need for cement board.

4. Double check level and floor heights.

No turning back now

5. Ditra, watch a few videos.

6. Snap center lines and plan layout.

7. Tile. Should be very diffuclt to pull up a freshly laid tile and should hear some suction if thinset mixed correctly. I like 255 and 4xlt

8. Grout (you should get a workout pushing it into joints, if not, you used too mucn water)

9. Set toilet

10. Crap and enjoy
Have you considered planting bamboo on the property line. water daily this summer and it will be **Extremely** invasive. you both will have 20ft bamboo by the end of the summer.

Forget all the noise pisted above. Do you have special or detailed knowledge of the books? Do you know of pricing inefficiencies that someone is missing?

Whovever is brokering the ipo has a fiduciary responsibility to price correctly, but that doesn't mean you dont know more about the company or future price pressure than them.

Ie, you are personally working on a deal/project that will increase EBITDA by 20percent in 12 mos, in that case, maybe load up. Maybe not.
how often does shitt like this happen?
This chart is how much state and federal tax you pay right?
Whatever disaster you manage to come up with, dont forget that it works wonders on mosquitos. Spray the whole yard.
Any chance it is mostly in the easement? Maybe can get power co to do it for you.
If you just want plug and play get a 3 eero package.

I am a ubiquiti fan boy for a more robust setup, but you likely do not need this. If there is great distance between structures you should run a cat 5/6 with hardwired AP or directional antenna (again ubiquiti)

Running an outdoor rated cat5/6 cable in buried 3/4 conduit to pool house/ancillary structure is something that takes a couple of hours and pays huge dividends.
Lol.

What more do you need that an er8 pro cant do. Lol.

And combo routers/switches/wifi aps are not "routers" they are consumer grade crap.

A router is a router and should never do switching.
Pick a cap rate...that sets price. Cap of 10 means that house should be priced between 228000 and 264000

So its a bad investment property as a rental.

With 360k cash, i would look for commercial opps or 16+ plexes....much less risky than single fam. Less headaxhes
#2 and #3 really are not for IT experts. Basic level 3 hardware can accomplish any network segmentation and security and firewalling and should likely be part of your terminal packages. Im sure in house IT questions WTF are yall thinking a lot.

For #3 why is any math or algorithym or other black box computation platform dependent. It seems there could be a database driven solution (which allows easy updating if diagnostic protocols change) coupled with scripting

Maybe its a bit more complex, i dunno
If they add positive cash flow either directly or indirectly through improved efficiecym then why not
As already mentioned you need the 4 or 5 ah batts for the circ saw. With Lith batts the AH rating directly influences the max discharge rate..so a 20c 5ah batt can put out 100 amps (but only for 3 minutes until totally dead, aand the windings would burn, lol)
A 20c 1.5 ah batt can only put out 30 amps.

So the bigger batts give more power and/or more runtime.

The dewalt cordless circ saws are like a hot knife through butter with right batts

If its painted you may be better off just putting up another layer of 1/2 or 5/8. At then end of the day, a good crew will have that done with less mess and faster and a better result. Crown will need to be replaced and walls painted but i would imagine that is already part of the plan anyway.

Cans can be ajusted for the added rock and boxes extended.
They should have dropped those frickers off at the sonic in broussard. They wouldnt have been going back to jail.
