Penalty correctly given. The overhead camera angle clearly shows the defender kick the leg of the attacker as the ball is arriving in a playable position.

it maybe is a penalty by the rule, but I hate this call.. the guy has his leg extended to make rhe kick before the Belgium player was even there

Senegal was playing the ball. There was no malintenion there. The Belgium player took a sharper angle and into his foot. Shouldnt have been called IMO
