we play the transitive property game
Unfortunately Spain controlled the midfield better against France than Belgium. KDB did not play against US though.

Spain is python/anaconda when they score first. It’s almost impossible to break the always constricting coils.

That was a clinic. They dominated the middle third against a very good team and that was the game.
Very impressive.
Very impressive.

A tall task against Rodri. That dude is an absolute monster in the center.

Spain was a clear cut above but man what a game. Incredibly fast, precise, and dangerous ball being played compared to what we've seen through the QF round

They couldn't score against a team that the US put 4 goals in against.

Their best game was when he was out against us.

You serious? That game sucked. Started off with a lame penalty. Spain's second was a really good goal but there weren't any other good chances for either side the whole game. France looked like the US unable to play basic passes, make basic touches etc...
Soulless game in a soulless venue between largely soulless fanbases.

Nah, this is going to be a repeat of 2 years ago.

Belgium did not need KDB or Doku against us.

I’ve been away from the game for so long, and it’s changed so much that I forgot just how suffocating a good midfield can be.
When they score first, you better get it back quickly. The more you press the more they choke the life out of you.

I heard one of the announcers reference that they play with moving triangles all over the field wherever the ball is. I watched and saw just that. The defending and off ball discipline was insane once I knew what to look for.

Okay they still sucked and lost with him. He's past his prime.
Played 18 games last season in Italy.
Against senegal they are losing 0-2. They sub KDB off and come back to win 3-2.
I watched their games, they were a worse team when he was on the pitch.

Juventus won 9 consecutive titles playing with triangles.

It’s definitely old school, and they execute it almost perfectly.

I'm sure this was already discussed, but Jameis Winston shaves his legs?

Okay they were still a worse team when he played.
Look, he started and they lost. Against Senegal he came out and they scored 3 times.
Putting KDB in doesn't mean they beat us 6-1, instead. It doesn't mean we win either, just this not having to play him to beat us is some bullshite.
