Do the goals things need to widened?

One common theme from watching the local newscast and reading the paper is the goals need to be expanded. I think most would agree. I was thinking four feet higher and three feet wider on each side. Most people would like to see a 9-7 game than the 1-0 stuff. Spain has The Liga with the world best soccer players and they tied 0-0 Verde Islands, which is a tiny country. I would be disappointed to pay money to watch that.
What do you think?
I also think its reasonable to move the halfs from 45 minutes to 50 minutes. I see the Jordan fans spend thousands on travel, transportation, hotels and other things in the Bay Area. 1 and 30 seems too short for that. If you need to add 1 timeout for each team that would be fine.
Soccer needs to seek a broader appeal and I think changes would be welcomed. What other changes need to be made?

Absolutely!
While we are at it - to make other sports more appealing we should also:
(1) Widen the hole on a golf course
(2) Shorten the football field while making the end zones bigger
(3) Increase the size of the basketball hoop and lower the rim
(4) Shorten the distance between home plate and the outfield walls for more home runs
I have no doubt I'm missing some other great ideas too!
