That’s what the Iranian negotiators told our negotiators. You have to figure they are extremely close. They have been developing nukes most of my life. Israel and the United States has slowed them down over the years but even so sooner or later if you work on something long enough eventually you will reach completion of the project. Slowing them down is not stopping them.

People have been missing the point on all this anyway. The enriched uranium is very important and we must get it some way. People focus to much on it though. The real threat was the drones and missiles they were trying to develop to use as a screen so they could restart the nuke program. Once they had developed so many of these things that we couldn’t possibly shoot them all down then the world would have to make a business decision. Do you think the idea of tolling the Strait just popped into their evil little brains a month or so ago? No. Shutting the Strait down and forcing the world to pay them a toll to pass was always in the cards. Once they had enough cheap drones and ballistic missiles stockpiled it would have happened. The problem is math. They can produce cheap drones in large quantities faster than we can produce expensive interceptor missiles. Once they had the math working for them they could pretty much do what they wanted because it would be so bloody to try to stop them that most of the world would have just let them toll the Strait and develop the nukes.
