Call in my backup guys, haul him out, and beat the ever living shite out of him.
The first two, yes. The third is entirely up to him.

They deserve to die immediately.

Yes. Sorry I added previously in the thread that he was stopped for running a red light then warrant for drunk driving is discovered.
Let’s say no visible signs of intoxication. Belligerent.
1. Attempt to determine if the suspect has a weapon.
2. Ask to comply and explain consequences.
3. Attempt to determine if suspect has a weapon, again.
4. Call backup including a supervisor and a K9 unit and EMT.
5. Continue to ask to comply and explain consequences, and continue assessing whether the suspect has a weapon.
6. Form a perimeter. Backup should have nonlethal and lethal weapons ready in case the suspect has a weapon.
7. If a car door is able to be opened, carefully open the door to let a K9 in to do his/her thing. Then use less than lethal means after he is rousted from the vehicle to place him in hand cuffs. Allow EMT's to render aid after cuffing him.
8. If no door is able to be opened, break a window, open a door, and refer to #7.

Some of you have deep anger issues. Should someone make an attempt on my life or property I have no qualms about putting a bullet in them. And I'll do it with no drama. I don't have bloodlust or just wanting to beat the hell out of someone though. Some of you are just dumb rednecks that give actual conservatives a bad name.

Put a boot on his wheel, wrap a couple of ratchet straps around his car so he can't open his doors. Go take a nap. Sooner or later he's gonna be screamin to let him out.

No one has bloodlust. When making a stop on a felon who knows he has nothing to lose, there’s a high likelihood of him trying to kill you. This requires escalation of force

Call for backup, bust the window and drag him out through it.

If subject is masked and has proof of vax I let him go with a warning.

You’re a cop.
You pull a guy over for running a red light.
He has an outstanding warrant.
You tell him he’s under arrest and to exit the car.
He refuses.
What do you do?
Plot twist, the computer got it wrong and the person has no warrant. (This happened in Georgia recently).
What happens next?

Kind of like the MANY times police of executed warrants against the wrong home or even no knock raids on the wrong home.
And, these are but other things that happen largely because there's pretty much zero individual penalty for those involved in the frickup.

And, if the subject tells you he's out an about because he's preparing to participate in a "mostly peaceful" riot, you have to let him go.

Shoot him between the eyes, drag his corpse out of the car, take any cash in his pockets and donate to St. Jude. Do I get the job?

Depends on the race of the person.
If they are black, then I am walking away and not doing anything. Not worth going to jail for eternity for someone else not wanting to do their jobs.

Far too much missing information here honestly.
Is the warrant for murder or unpaid fines for overwatering a rose garden?
One may perhaps react differently in different situations.

Pause, breathe, remember that you are a beneficiary of institutional racism, and then refer the individual to a social worker.
