Obviously shoot and/or beat him to death.

Just to follow up on the suggestion to “remove him from the vehicle following proper protocols”...
What if he’s stronger than you and you can’t remove him from the car?
Do you call your buddies and try to pull him out?
Pepper spray him? What if he still doesn’t get out?
Pepper spray him again?
What if he still doesn’t get out?
Tase him?

Taze him and drag his arse out of the car. If I was a cop I’m telling you once and you comply or get tazed. I’m not risking my life to argue with a ducking idiot.

Call the social worker.

Call in the FBI to resolve the matter peacefully.

Oh just remove him.
Nice selective reading. I said using protocols and legal requirements for making an arrest.
Pretty sure use of a baton to break the window, multiple officers pulling him and doing other forceful actions are protocol….
I didn’t say just hold his hand as he steps out like you are inferring

The dog. Call for the dog.
Nothing works like the dog.
Every department in the country needs 200 dogs.

Yes. Those are all within protocol. Like they did with that dude at the gas station a while back that had a thread here. Moved a cop car in front of his car, ended up breaking the window and a few cops dragged him out…

Call the fire dept to come to hose him out of the car.

What’s the warrant for?
This is a good question. Unpaid child support? Failure to appear for a parking ticket? Or some kind of serious shite like code violations for leaving a junk vehicle on a neighborhood street for 13 weeks?
Posted on 1/31/23 at 7:19 pm to LuckyTiger
Maybe first verify the warrant, identity of the driver, and that the two match.
Posted on 1/31/23 at 7:19 pm to DownSouthJukin
Yep what’s the warrant for? Murder, rape, missed a court date for reckless driving?

Great, then there’s two cops staring at him in the driver’s seat.

Inform him that he is under arrest for warrants only. If he complies and goes willingly he will answer for his warrants only, if he resists (and this can be through simple non-compliance) then that is an additional charge on top of his warrants. If he continues to refuse, mace him and assist him out of the vehicle. Cuff, transport for warrants AND Resisting Arrest.

Nor do you.

Remember, the speaker or writer implies. The listener or reader infers.
Ok?
