I don't "identify" with any political party really. I "identify" as an American that wants to see the best for our country and I'd vote for whoever can do that.
For the Democrats...
I'd be embarrased for the even remote possible candidates being tossed out there. I don't like or respect any of them. And it's not even a given, but the only one that "could" seem remotely competent and "Presidential" would be Josh Shapiro. And there's no indication he's a potential candidate.

I was watching a debate recently between Andrew Wilson and a lefty I had never heard of before. It was actually a good faith discussion where they both conceded points to each other.
Even the lefty admitted that the Dems are such an unlikable disaster, they could underperform expectations for the midterms.

I think people here underestimate AOC’s threat as a candidate within the next decade. She’s closer to a Trump ish base motivating candidate on the left than a Gavin or Biden or Kamala. The people that make fun of her were never voting for her anyway.
