He’d end up spending the rest of his life in prison if democrats with in 2028 because they will just hand him over to the ICJ for war crimes in an open and shut case

Situational.
Iran does not have nukes, nor are they "just days/weeks from getting one" like we've been told by the IC and MIC entities since the Obama years. So, no.
But if they did, and used one first? Yeah, turn it to glass.
Anyone who would actually say a preemptive nuclear strike is cool, should get help. Especially when we have so many more effective ways of ending things without creating millions of deaths. DARPA hasn't been eating trillions of dollars for nothing.
