Witness Testimony - Day 5 - Consistently/Abundantly PROVES: * NOT SELF DEFENSE *

After watching/reading multiple accounts, reports & videos from several journalists who were present and documented ALL that occurred today (Day 5) in Karmelo trial:

Of the 6 Prosecution Witnesses, 4 were Black. Testimony from all was Clear, Consistent. What "came out" and is RELEVANT is This:

The Incident (stabbing) was Sudden, Instantaneous! Also obvious and proven was that "no one under the tent or nearby in stands, field, etc." (coaches, trainers from several schools)... Saw or Heard any "Pre-Fight, Build-Up, Aggressive Words, Anger, Commotion or Escalation! Stabbing was One Sudden, Shocking Surprise.

Some were watching and "saw", but because there was no altercation or even aggressive/loud words - NO ONE EXPECTED, SUSPECTED ANYTHING WOULD HAPPEN or OCCUR!

Metcalf, and others, repeatedly in conversational tones explained/asked that Karmello leave their Tent (team locker room). Metcalf (victim) eventually did "nudge" Karmelo on shoulder - but testimony described his shoulder or body barely moving. Before Metcalf's hand could even drop or fall from the shoulder nudge.....Karmelo was ready and waiting with arm/hand already on his knife..... and instantly stabbed in one, sudden motion.

Unbeknownst, unseen & unexpected from Metcalf, or anyone else, Karmelo had already reached into his backpack and had "armed himself" with his knife. His hand and knife were behind him and were likely obstructed by his body/backpack. Karmelo was "cocked + loaded" with knife ready & waiting to lunge if he was touched. Karmelo had already even said - "See what happens if you do"! And so he suddenly stabbed Metcalf with one swift, sudden motion.

Metcalf had no cause/reason to believe anything would occur (no escalation, no suspected reason for altercation or fear) and was just as suddenly shocked, surpised he had been stabbed as anyone/everyone else! When Karmelo did say "don't touch me", Metcalf explained that "he was not going to fight him @ a track meet" and to "just leave".

WHAT WITNESS TESTIMONY TODAY PROVES/CONCLUDES IS THAT:

* IT WAS NOT SELF DEFENSE *

(which is Primarily Relevant/Essential in a "Self Defense Claim/Case)

~ We repeatedly witness a Culture, Race with No Thought, No Reality of the Past or Future - only NOW - with No Impulse Control. Demanding undue Respect, while Giving None.

~ For whatever or why-ever reasons, justice with harsh consequences must be meted out.
