I think yall need to hear what everyday Black people saying about this case…
I would love to, but I don't discuss things like this with black acquaintances and only the most biased people are shown in videos. Do you have any insights?

The first thing that comes up is why the hell does he have a knife at a track meet…Next is why is he scared to fistfight… the rest common sense… the most back and forth is between the murder vs manslaughter aspect

This is building up to be a Rodney king type verdict. Look for shite to burn down if they find him guilty with an all White jury.
Well to be frank, black jurors cannot be trusted.

Apparently Muslim women and Asians are now white, because some of each are on the jury.

I think a lot of white people are moving in that direction.
Fatigue will do that to you. That and murders stacking up on trains, buses, and under tents by black people….

Another important observation (realization) and conclusion I made after watching/listening/reading All of Day 5's Witness Testimony from multiple journalist's who were inside the courtroom was:
* just to clarify for those who may not know - this trial is not being televised, so there is no photos or video *
Bear with me, as I'm going somewhere with this "age" thing......
I'm pretty sure there were 8 total prosecution witnesses yesterday. When the reporters listed the witnesses ages, I was struck by how very young most of them were. Only 2 were "adults" (middle aged coach & trainer). The other 6 witnesses were VERY young. Of the 6 young witnesses - 3 were 17, 18 maybe 19; and the other 3 were "too young to report their names, as they were minors! And keep in mind that this is/was their ages on yesterday 6/5/26. The attack/stabbing happened 1 year ago, so they were even younger when they witnessed it.
All their testimony was the same, which you can read in my detailed (1st) post in above after starting this thread/topic.
My observation/realization & Point is this:
I believed every word they said! And here's why:
Imagine being 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 years old and having witnessed a stabbing incident like this. And then the whole thing goes VIRAL Nationwide. Blanket coverage on every Network, Cable, Mainstream & Social Media channel. And then the Huge, Very Serious, Police Investigations/Interogations that followed of which these 6 witnesses were Front-Center!?!
It's by far the Biggest, Most Intense, Serious Event (actual & then the News Coverage which was/is colossal)!! And then, immediately after & subsequently.....were subjected to answering questions, being interrogated by Uniformed Police Officers, Detectives in Suits, Prosecutors, Attorneys. And yesterday they were sworn in, hands on bible, in a packed Courtroom next to a Judge being questioned/cross analyzed by Prosecution & Defense Attorneys. IT'S A HUGE CASE WITH ENORMOUS CONSEQUENCES!
How likely is it that these 14-18 years olds, under the above SUPER SERIOUS circumstances, with the world watching and potential race war/riots, with 24-7 news coverage......How easy or able would it be for them to LIE, Fabricate - Consistently - and not get/be tripped up by seasoned Investigators, shark Attorneys!?!
ALL their testimony from 1 hour after attack to yesterday was/is/has remained the same!
Put yourself in their shows (16 years old). If you were EVER going to be Honest, Serious, Real.....THIS would have demanded/insisted that you be Straight, Accurate!!
Think about it !?!

Again, the testimony was:
Kamello (attacker/stabber) was NOT ganged or teamed up on, bullied, roughed up, intimidated in any way. He was "confronted" (asked to leave) and in normal/typical manner, language was explained/told that this was their Team's tent, safe space, locker room. The stabbing victim was recognized as by students/athletes as a Leader, which he was, and had been appointed by a coach to set up, secure, oversee their Team's Tent; including teammates, equipment, bags/valuables, etc.
EVIDENCE PROVES = NOT SELF DEFENSE
NOT HARRASSED, GANGED UP ON

It’s not about race. It’s morally wrong to stab another human being in the chest . It wasn’t self defense. They asked the kid to leave and he would not . He was looking for trouble.

copied and pasted from my post in another thread

I don't know Texas law, but I do recall those two idiots in GA a few years ago who lost the ability to claim self defense because they had illegally detained the victim at gun point..
In this case I think it could be argued that because KA illegally carried a weapon onto school grounds or a school function where weapons are prohibited, he lost his right to claim self defense... A quick google search says it's a 3rd degree felony.
quote:
Texas is a "Stand Your Ground" state, meaning you generally have no legal obligation to run away before defending yourself. However, according to Texas Penal Code § 9.31(e), the right to stand your ground only applies if you are "not engaged in criminal activity at the time the force is used.
quote:
In a standard Texas self-defense case, the law presumes your fear was reasonable if you are protecting yourself against an intruder in your home, vehicle, or business. However, under ?Texas Penal Code § 9.31, this legal presumption is completely defeated if you are actively engaged in criminal activity (other than a minor traffic violation).
I think I answered my own question.. By carrying a weapon onto school grounds/ property, he was engaged in a 3rd degree felony. According to Texas law, he lost his right to stand his ground and had a duty to retreat. Secondly, he lost the presumption of reasonableness, meaning he lost the presumption that he was in reasonable fear for his life.. He fricked himself the moment he stepped on school grounds with a knife.

When you hear people say that ghetto blacks are the most racist motherfrickers in the country... they aren't exaggerating or throwing out hyperbole.
The only light I see within the ghetto community is that they terrorize each other as much as they do the people with different skintones. The ghetto people have convinced themselves that every one of them is a king or queen, and to disrespeck them in any way should be met with death. It's why black on black violence is through the roof.

I often wonder why the left picks the absolute WORST cases to get themselves riled up over
It is because win lose our draw with the help of the media and Hollywood they successfully move the Overton window. That is the most important thing. They have total control over the narrative.
