Important thing to highlight…he does not brew his own beer. He contracts it to an actual brewery in Illinois. He’s burned bridges with breweries in Wisconsin. Failure to pay, bad press, etc.

I don’t think he will lose his liquor license. In Wisconsin a felon can get or keep a license as long as the felony wasn’t an alcohol related felony. I don’t know if there are other avenues for the licensing board. He should spend a few months in jail, however.

I’m vowing if I ever see this fig in-person, which there is a chance of because I live in Madison, Wisconsin, I’m spitting in his fricking face.
