This always happens. They will all fall in line after the primary.

No, no they won't. This is a big reason why Republicans lose elections. Democrats are the ones who fall in line, hold their noses, and vote for their party even if the candidate isn't their favorite.

Explain yourself. It wasn't filled out by "a fictitious person" - it was filled out by a harvester/bundler. And, I doubt many of the folks whose votes were cast in this fashion were aware of the act. These votes are harvested in housing projects and nursing homes and straight from voter rolls. There are activists who specialize in this practice. It isn't "voting" in the classic sense of the word and the legality of the practice varies from place to place. It was so widespread in 2020 because of COVID and the machine sprang into action. I get it - you're shilling because your side won, but just imagine if it was the other way. Just imagine how you would feel.

The practice of harvesting is interesting. If it’s a real person then it’s a real vote. Is this much different than when people do voter registration drives? Or the practice of transporting someone to the polling place? You’re suggesting there were 10 million or so votes cast in the name of someone who had no ability to offer any input or resistance. That’s a pretty big assumption.
As for my side? I was shilling for two R candidates in 2022 locally and they got crushed by mail in voted chiefly from people who don’t live in the area more than a month or so per year. Mail in votes dominate our local politics. As I said they are also part-time residents with no skin in the game, whereas local business owners can’t vote in many elections because they live a mile or so outside of a voting district.

Except for:

2018
2020

Add 2021 and 2022 to the list.

2021-Sabotaged Loeffler and Perdue by demanding they parrot conspiracy theories and he embraced Lin Wood and Sidney Powell. Wood and Powell went all over GA and told GOP voters not to give their votes to Loeffler and Perdue. Had he never embraced Wood and Powell, and had not acted like a baby, we would've won both Senate seats.

2022-His hand-picked candidates lost very winnable Senate races. His hatred of Chris Sununu and Doug Ducey prevented them from running for Senate in NH and AZ, respectively. They were both planning to run for Senate and would've been the nominee and won those seats. David McCormick polled better against Fetterman, but Trump chose Oz. Had Trump not gone over the top with hatred of Toomey, Toomey likely runs for re-election and would've defeated Fetterman. Walker underperformed every state-wide Republican by at least 100K votes and he underperformed GA Congressional Republicans and lost.

He promised there would be so much winning we'd get tired of it. Well, there is so much losing and I'm fricking tired of it. I'm pissed as frick.

Adamantly opposed? I don’t think that’s the case for most. I just think with DeSantis you get Trump without the mental weakness of falling into every trap the Democrats set.

Then we better hope Desoros doesnt win the nom

Or we better hope that Governor Ron Desantis does, alter.

Because we already know that Trump can't win.

One of the two won their last election by 20 points.

The other lost to a corpse in humiliating fashion.

Thanks again though alter.

I don’t know but it’s become repetitive, depressing and unreadable.

There are very few new and interesting topics discussed on this board these days. Instead, it’s the same bash Trump, bash DeSantis, rinse & repeat fodder.

It’s like posters are stuck in a hamster wheel of programmed dissension.

Instead of participating in the thread derailing, let me actually address the OP question:

Q:

quote:

Why is this board inundated with pro v anti trump rhetoric

instead of n real issues that our country is circling the drain as a result of.

A:

Because most of those real issues were purposefully inflicted upon us by elite puppeteers controlling uniparty politicians on a string in order to sow chaos, disorder, and division so that they can retain their power and continue to profit as our slave masters.

Trump is the only candidate that is serious about addressing this root cause and breaking our chains.

Dems (communists by now) and never Trumpers are unwilling to awaken to this reality due to cognitive dissonance (denial of a harsh truth that is too much for them).

Currently in distress, soon to be taking no prisoners:

Trump did zero of this in his first time, in fact he did the opposite. Federal Government GREW during his term, the national debt drastically grew during his term, and he appointed every swamp rat he could to major positions.

He is 100% all talk and you people eat it up like ice cream.

Desantis ACTUALLY got things accomplished and you people cast aspersions

No. 10s of thousands in key areas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Detroit, Milwaukee and Philly. All of these areas are notorious for a practice you seem oblivious to.

Term 1 was all about getting them (swamp creatures in disguise) all out into the open and identified and awakening We the People to it.

Allowing the usurper to steal the election is also awakening millions.

2nd term will be when. The hammer comes down, schedule F and much more.

DeSantis has been a good governor for FL, but he is still Uniparty and not really dedicated to transforming America back to MAGA status.

Board did the same thing in 2016. Half the topics were not even political. It was like reading a fricking tabloid.

The U.S. just started exporting a record 3.4 million barrels of oil per day. The U.S. energy industry hasn’t been this productive since 2014. The industry was decimated from 2015-2020. You have no idea what you’re talking about in terms of US energy.

I see you are up to date on the DU talking points. Last I heard, we were still depleting the strategic oil reserve and my natural gas bill is almost double last year for heating.

Sure, if you're focusing on real world effects.

In addition, if you noticed that Obama and Biden are very anti-O&G, to the point of a fault (and for no good reason other than to appease the AGW zealots) and that the industry has somehow survived despite their best efforts (however wounded), then you are a racist and/or ageist.

And all this while their nonstop, relentless efforts to erase him from the entire scene has just been a huge cover story. They’ve actually wanted him to stay in the game the whole time. Yeah. I can see it. They’re obviously a little more clever than we thought, eh?

Possibly but that only means Desantis will be wiped out and be sent out to pasture. Great plan

Because this board leans heavily to the right and these are the top 2 republicans ahead of the next election. It’d be weird if that wasn’t the case.
