The behavior of left wing elites and politicians through covid shutdowns and mandates they forced on other people while ignoring themselves proves facism is not “right wing by definition.”
No it doesn’t.

Still there is very little difference between communism and fascism. Under no stretch can fascism be considered right wing.
Leftist like to scream fascist at Republicans at polling centers...
I experienced this at local level supporting a friend running for office...
He is just a Christian conservative...with common sense views.
Didn't happen a lot but I was taken back by it...never forget it

Do you think they're gonna wear a sign around their neck that reads 'fascist'? How much more simple can you get?

I don't know why the right doesn't embrace it really. Democracy and the republic are over for any practical purposes. You might as well as give it a fight.
In his closing statement, the distinguished Serbian nationalist, Dr. Vojislav Šešelj, explains to the Hague ICTY why there is no antidote against him.

There's a lot of power in controlling narrative and being good with words.
The right wing just isn't very good at it. Much of the "right wing" that Democrats are fighting right now are actually red pilled liberals.
(DeSantis being one of the exceptions of course)

Yet you keep responding, exposing your own insecurities.

2 reasons
1. fascists are typically to the right of communists
2. Fascists tend to be nationalists while communists at least pretend not to be
That is pretty much it. Most fascist regimes are to the left of both major American political parties in most regards

Because the actual fascists control the media.

Which side is fascist?
Serious question.

Facism is right wing. It is authoritarianism for the purpose of helping oligarchs and the political class (usually the military class, too). That is right wing by definition.
Sounds an awful lot like the left and big tech, msm, hollywood/music industry, banks/finance, marketing industry.
Did the lockdowns led by the left help small business or the largest companies in the country? Is it the right that is restricting companies, like parler, from joining the free market?
Perhaps you need a new definition of right-wing. One that is actually based in reality.

Why is fascism connected to "RIGHT WING?"
Fascism is nothing more than business-coordinated socialism. The National Socialist Party of Germany is obviously not right-wing. Not close. To assert otherwise is stupid.
E.g., China has teetered between Fascism and Communo-Socialism for two decades. That interplay would be extraordinarily destabilizing if Fascism and Socialism actually were at opposite ends of the political spectrum. They aren't.

because have you ever heard the media even mention the possibility of "left wing extremists" - yet every other incident is always referred to as 'right wing extremism."
In fact the very words 'left wing' are rarely uttered, whereas 'right wing' is almost a common term in every political discussion.
It is to the point that what any logical observer would identify as "left wing" is the normal base situation. And ANY deviation from that is identified as "right wing."
It has been this way for at least two decades that I have been monitoring the scene.

The left often changes language to suit themselves.
In 2022 fascists = One who values individual Liberty.
Also
Fascists = One who does not support Global Marxism.
The word fascist just like the work racist has completely changed meaning.

The truth is not binary. Authoritarians generally lack much political idealism. They'll play to whatever audience they need.
