That is a lie fascism and the left are hand in hand. Nazi is slang for national socialist. Hitler had to say he was somehow different than the communists and make them the bad guys but the reality is the two are very similar. The further left you go the less freedom you have. Are you a student? A fascist is not a right wing authoritarian. Authoritarianism is a left wing signature. In your simple mind is capitalism fascist authoritarianism?

This has always and will always remain a meaningless point. The name was, in practice, meaningless. The Nazis were not socialist in any meaningful sense. The control with which the government imposed on the private sector was fundamentally different from anything seen in any true socialist/communist society that has ever existed. In a communist society there is no private sector by definition.

Hitler didn’t come up with fascism. Fascism was an outgrowth of early 20th century European hyper nationalism and predated the rise of the Nazis by a couple decades in theory if not in practice, and essentially everything Hitler implemented after coming to power in the early 30s was stolen in one way or another from Mussolini. Even the word “fascism” is at its root Italian, coming from the word “fascismo”.

The Modern American left consists largely of pure democratic social authoritarians. They aspire to overwhelm the right with numbers and implement a sort of mob rule. Sure there are some true socialists mixed in, but to call the far left wing in America as a whole socialist is to really miss what’s going on here. There isn’t a lot of top down state controlled means of production sentiment here these days, even among democrats. It’s a social and moral movement, almost religious in nature.

What do I think his regime would like to be, or what it is? As it stands it’s the same Democratic Republican form of government we’ve always had. Russia is literally in practice a hyper nationalist fascist society with only the facade of free elections.
