Stick it to the intel community that he claims to hate so bad?
Snowden is a voice we need for privacy in this digital age. Now he is going to remain exiled because Trump had no balls.

My guess is he worked out a deal with Turtle to not get convicted in an impeachment trial.

I would imagine it was part of a deal that he took to hopefully keep his family from being persecuted by the government once he leaves office...
Unfortunately for him, any deal he made expires shortly...

I don't think impeachment has anything to do with why he did or did not pardon anyone, but technically he could still do what you said. He could sign a pardon from Florida at 11:58 and it would be effective and legal and everything.

Trump made a deal and hopes it sticks. If it does he fights another day. Everyone calling him a cuck is full of shite. He has family he has to protect and a business. He will be fighting for years and the pressure will be extreme.
