Well his assertion about who promotes leftism was not fully accurate so I commented to show his inaccuracy and hope for revision and acceptance. Otherwise his post becomes worthless and is just yelling at the out group which doesn't further any discussion of any note and it's just a masturbatory NPC circle jerk

It’s the liberal utopia, no middle class.

You misspelled “ Yuge income inequality” wrong.

My favorite is when the whine about how Boomerrs voted themselves tons of taxpayer money. While demonstrably true, their generation doesn’t want to end it—they want more of it for themselves.

His implied assertion of who promotes leftist (and specifically “woke”) policies are “leftists”. That is, policies specific to the ones promoted by (woke) leftists.

You are conflating government spending with leftist policies. While it is certainly a bi-product, as your point shows, it is not exclusive to leftist policies. Further, while I would certainly agree (I assume this is your point) that increasing national debt is destructive long term, it is not the only way a policy can be destructive long term.

He wants to talk about woke policies, you then leap to: government debt and spending, Trump increased debt and spending, people that support trump support increased debt and spending and therefore support leftist policies.

You are refuting his argument with a different argument, a classic straw man, and you have proven my point.

Only very recently, and, even then, go re-read this thread and tell me how many posts are made about spending and associating that with Leftism.

Millennials supported "socialism" by a very high percentage and were least likely to define it.

I don't believe they have much room to complain. They're doubling down on boomer shite.

Wow indeed. You can’t help yourself can you. I challenge your response to the OP, and you bring up posts not written by the OP (written after your initial post of the thread).

Your argument style is so fluid you could mix it with sugar and ice and sell it for $0.50 on the sidewalk on a nice day.

Equality is an unnatural state of being. Our value is only equal to what we make it. The fascination with "equality of outcomes" is fricking retarded and is an easy filter for insanity.

This is spot on.

I have what I have because I worked for it and I don’t feel sorry for people who didn’t do what they had to do to obtain the level I have reached.

I also don’t begrudge people that have more because they generally worked harder than I did to achieve what they have.

And when it comes to intelligence and athleticism then there definitely isn’t equality. Some people are just smarter than others and some are just more athletic.

All you can do is do the things to get the utmost potential out of you. Some people may be smarter but not put forth the effort and squander their potential. Some may be average but outwork everyone in the room and rise to the top.

I stopped at RaceTrac yesterday, and bought a large fountain drink. It rang up at $1.59, and I handed the 20-something democrat $2.00.

I could see the confusion on her face. She couldn't make the change. She called the manager over and asked how to make 41 cents in change.

Folks. If this was an uncommon occurrence, it would just be funny. The sad truth is our "schools" are graduating certifiable MORONS that are allowed to vote. They can't make goddamn change, but they are expected to form salient opinions on issues and vote? No. No. No.

I may be back today and see if I can BLOW HER MIND. I might hand her $2.09 and see how she handles it.

I saw a You Tube video the other day where Generation Z kids tried to answer questions about Boomer history. One of the questions was which president was assassinated in 1963. One of the kids answers was Thomas Jefferson.

I've always been a "Doubting Thomas". Too may young folks accept what ever the politicians/teachers tell them.

Look at the Efers on this board who still believe more control by politicians is a good thing.

I suppose they think Stalin and Mao, and Pol Pot were humanitarians who just got a bum rap from Historians.

Yeah I’ve never understood this either. Why do so many people think the same politicians who put themselves first for personal gain will suddenly put our interest first when it comes to legislation?

Socialism only works in small homogeneous groups where everyone has the CHOICE of whether to participate or not and slackers can be “voted off the island” so to speak.

It’s strange that you mentioned,” voting off the island.”
I was thinking just a while back that if one group on Survivor went out hunting all day for food while a few stayed in camp sleeping, but got up when the food arrived, everyone would see this a shameful and unfair.
Yet when it happens in society, we aren’t allowed to point this out.

They are blinded by the devil. They are driven to convert our country to communism so we can be part of the one world government. The one world government will then turn on Israel and the battle of Armageddon will happen. Reason they can't be shown anything. All in the Bible.
