Who started the war in Ukraine? President Trump knows the details. Will release them.

At this point, I don't think the Ukraine war involves us. It's a European conflict which should be resolved by Europeans.
In terms of facts, though, I thought it was accepted that Russia invaded Ukraine. Our President apparently knows something different.
Did he learn that AFTER he signed the Lindsey Graham sanctions bill into law last month? Looking forward to hearing the details.
What are the chances that the President just made up the response because he waived some of the sanctions against Russia?

“Well, you know, I know the details, okay? And at some point I'll release the details, but I don't care anything except for one. I want that war ended

Zelensky done really fricked up by going hard after the US the past week like an ungrateful little twat.
