If it happens, it’ll be because of my son. He’s too young right now, but we’ll see in a decade or so.
I was one of the last ones in on being a yuppie white collar WASP being able to pay the mortgage and tuition so life’s pretty good.
But I do understand those a few years behind me came into a different situation.

10 years ago I had to pass on a house because I had just bought a house and I was broke. It needed a little work but nothing major. They wanted 160. That house is now for sale for 350 and whatever boomer scooped me 10 years ago did like 0 work to it
