What’s going on with these socialists/communists getting elected?

Like it or not socialism has a very strong foothold in the usa

I hate these fricking videos of people walking and vlogging their random thoughts

I have believed for a long time that the USA's destiny is to one day become a very powerful Radical Totalitarian Internationalist Leftist Socialist Regime that will rule over us with an Iron Fist.

That guy might end up a U.S. Senator.

I don't trust election results out of many areas such as New York, the Bay area, etc. Dems have had such a hold on these areas for so long, they could easily "steal" elections and no one ever give it a second thought.

That said, there's also too many people in those areas that are willing to give their vote and freedom for the promise of free stuff.

Voters aged 18-40 have been told since birth that the wealth would eventually trickle down. They haven't seen it. They have seen war, recession, corruption, and the rise of a billionaire class while being told they are "the richest poor people in the world" and should be grateful for that. Factor in a completely dysfunctional 2 party government system where neither party works towards improving the lives of their citizens, and you get people lashing out. And nothing scares the American establishment like the threat of big Socialism, so that's the button they are pushing. I'm old and grabbed my "wealth", but I am genuinely fearful about the economy my college bound teenagers will inherit.

Oh, and thinking this tantrum will stop at the borders of NYC and LA would be a very bad policy decision.
