Is there any truth to the rumor that DeSantis led the charge on locking up Chief Eddie Gallagher?

You make DeSantis supporters look terrible. You're making Trump supporters go from being annoyed that Ron decided to run, to hating Ron and everything about his campaign. Congrats on destroying Ron's chances in 2028. Bravo

Desperation is starting to show in your latest posts. This won’t get your guy the points needed to beat out Chris Christie.

I respect all those who have served their country in the military.

But, if appeals like this mattered at all to the voting public, then John McCain would have mopped the floor with Obama back in 2008.

If appeals like this mattered, then John Kerry wouldn't have been "Swift Boated" back in 2004.

Was a 60 plus year old Trump supposed to go to war? Hell, I get (slightly) the people bitching about his bone spurs, but really? This?

He was 61 at the time. Exactly what do you think he should have been doing?

Good lawd.

We need to stop pretending that being in the military is actually "serving our country."

How was the military defending "our country" thousands of miles away in Iraq?

What type of service was DeSantis performing? Was he in a foreign country carrying a weapon or was he in the safe confines of a government facility?

Currently there are over 2 million Americans working for the federal government, are they also serving the American people?

MAGA will be here soon to say serving in the military means you are living off the government tit.
They routinely say that DeSantis has never had a "real job," despite serving in the military and as a teacher.

You are not helping the Ron camp at all!!!If you think your going to go on here every single day trying to sway over votes for your guy then you are extremely delusional!!!

The more you do this the more ugly you appear. I can't imagine that you are really a Republican if so you are a disgrace to our Party! Make no mistake about it I prefer Trump however if Desantis wins the Primary then he gets my vote or any other candidate! Straight Republican tickets

Are you sure he was carrying a weapon? Many military bases are gun free zones.

quote:

Military Bases — All military bases are Federal property. Each base may have slightly different policies, however visitors who arrive at a military base with firearm(s) must leave them with the guards at the gate. If the base does not have storage capabilities at the gate or armory, you could be turned away. The only people who can carry guns around a base—concealed or otherwise—are on-duty military police, who handle routine security. They then have to return their guns to the armory when their shifts are over. There are exceptions for on-duty local or state police officers who come to the base on official business. The base commander can make other exceptions. Check at each military post for specific rules. Exception-Active duty military police, criminal investigators, and Marine Corps law enforcement program police officers may conceal carry personally owned weapons while on base while off-duty as long as they comply with the 2016 Department of Defense Directive, title “Arming and the Use of Force”.

Yes, but it doesn't matter. Attempting to denigrate someone's military service just because he's running against Trump is pathetic as all hell.
