Libs like Lerner, Blasey-Ford, Comey, etc have grown very comfortable with their ability to lie under oath in Congressional testimony with little fear of consequence.
With no DOJ cooperation, there was limited ability to go after them. This expansion could be a game changer in such instances.

Capitol Police are also exempt from FOIA, so they can do as they see fit with no checks and balances and nobody can do a goddamn thing about it.

Yea, this seems to be very poorly thought out. If they intend to go into the states and arrest people for wrongthink, that's going all in on a takeover. Assuming you and yours will "have power" forever
