The GOP is full of a bunch of pussies who are worried about what CNN will say about them so they will shut up. The only way this changes is when people decide they’ve had enough.

So could a governor deploy their state's national guard to block capitol police activities?

Yea, this seems to be very poorly thought out. If they intend to go into the states and arrest people for wrongthink, that's going all in on a takeover. Assuming you and yours will "have power" forever

Wow. Step away from that. This is an excuse the right has always used. Look at the RINOS. What are they going to do if the people give control beck to the right?

Nothing.

Second, They control the elections. They will force a Federalized system in that too. it's coming.

It's almost as if they think a civil conflict is on the horizon, and they are positioning accordingly.

Now I understand the "defund the police" movement.

They want to replace them with something like this.

This was/is all planned. That is the most evil and sinister bunch to ever be in congress.

'They' may well have that intent. Execution centers on who the "they" is, and whether "intent" evolves accordingly.

Upon what authority? Why the hell do these things go unchallenged? Which congressman was the last to be threatened in their home state?

I’d like to see an open records request on all threats to congressmen investigated by all of the existing three letter agencies. . I guarantee you there is no argument to be made to extend Capitol Police’s footprint outside DC. This is a nefarious action by Pelosi and company.

You mean like the dossier on Trump?

If they want you, they have no problems making up things about you.

So request all you want. They will produce something.

Everybody needs to contact the state leaders and demand this be rejected

Capital Police are a Municipal Police Department. They have absolutely no jurisdiction to do this. Governors need to say NOPE on this one.

How does DeSantis feel about this? Does he even have the power to stop it?

Yep. They don't want local Cops from the community - they want trained purpled haired Marxist federal officers ruling your life.
