It has no chance because the Dems will filibuster in the Senate and the GOP hasn't the votes to override the Filibuster.
We are going to have to make the Senate majority GOP and that's never going to happen because the USA is really not a Conservative - GOP country. We are predominantly Leftist, even when we present ourselves as not Leftist.

The senators are sane enough to know it’s too late for the mid-terms. They would hear it from their constituents if they were citizens but couldn’t vote because they couldn’t provide the documentation in time to prove their citizenship All the agencies to provide that documentation will be swamped with requests.
Oh…and the caveat that you can provide a sworn statement that you are a citizen and can provide the documentation later is a terrible idea. Can you imagine all the false accusations and attempts to reverse elections that will happen?
