Low IQ, low cultural values, no remorse, and no impulse control are a deadly combination for anyone encountering these animals.
I read a study that the lower IQ lack impulse control because they live in 10-15 second intervals where normal or higher IQ live in several min or longer intervals. Point being, Karmelo and those like him feel disrespected and act before their brains can process outcomes and consequences. They know right from wrong but its akin to an involuntary reaction to perceived threats. Almost like a snake when startled. Its also why most drive like shite. They process nothing beyond the hood of their cars.

I have told my sons and daughter since they were children to fire until the slide stop and also use good grip technique to avoid recoil rash…because I don’t know WTH other people are telling their kids.
