This is how slums are created.
When property is handed to people, they don’t value it because they didn’t work for it.
The same thing has been tried dozens of times under different subsidizing plans since the 1960s. Lots of slums created.

This is what I first thought about. What about black people that have been productive and responsible enough to purchase a home normally? Not all of them are rich, most are just normal people on a normal salary, I'm sure they'd like a $120k reduction on their mortgage.
