GWB could have been great. He had tons of power and a willing populace after 9/11, but he squandered it all.
From the perspective of wasted potential, he may be the worst ever. But he's far from the actual worst, considering all the retards we have had.

Not sure about worse, but he definitely hurt our culture more than improved it.
We are seeing it now 25 yrs later. 2k+ has seen a drastic drop in traditional American culture, and he kicked off this time period.
My family turned sour on him when he didnt get the Marriage Amendment through. That to them was his social agenda election purpose. Then when it turned out he didn’t do it because of Cheneys daughter, my family has no good words to say about the man. Now we’ve seen what not doing it gave us.
