Typical. Several months ago, hhtm actually started a thread and said that Trump should step down after one term. I kid you not.

HHTM, you're a Romney/Ryan RINO. You're just as much of a problem for this country as left-wing loons.

The Waltons donate so much money, it's unreal.

The Waltons, going all the way back to Sam, have worked hard to build an empire. They've invested and reinvested their money into good ventures, which have by and large worked out well. It is their prerogative and their right to spend their money how they deem fit

Are they perfect and free of sin? No. Could they always donate more? Sure. Everyone could. But it isn't their job to provide a wealthy life for anyone just because they work for Walmart.

Politicians which crap on them to push their socialist agendas can GTFO.

She’s real good at making perfectly legal and normal stuff seem absurd.

Breaking down the Walton’s wealth into an hourly rate is absurd. It’s like sesame street capitalism for the antifa crowd.

in the same vein, a company can remain healthy and donate a fiscally prudent amount to charities in perpetuity.

or you can show up with pitchforks and torches, demand the money, distribute it to everyone so it disappears in an instant and no charity gets money in perpetuity anymore.

for all the 'wealth redistributers' out there what they're actually advocating for is 'wealth disolving' because the end game is the money disappears helping no one.

I would do this, too if my parents had been fortunate enough to make that much money and set me up for life.

What does Warren make per hour? Why is she worth more than the Walmart Employee?

I have yet to meet a Wal-Mart employee except for one worth the type dime she espouses.

He left after 3 years finally because he was worth more. Yet for his job his worth didn't match as he didn't do anything that welcomed such a pay as she speaks.

Walmart has helped poor and middle class consumers, but maybe the family should consider bettering their image by donating a lot to causes and stuff

Apparently they donate to the University of Arkansas, that's a charity case.

Sounds like the Obamas or a host of other liberals who got wealthy on the backs of taxpayers..

Rich guilty liberal politicians love to tell other politicians how to spend their money

Warren makes $173k per year just on her salary as a congresswoman. That’s $83 per hour. She should require congress to donate some of their salaries to increase the wages of minimum wage workers

Helped them become fat.

It’s a very superficial analysis that ONLY sees good in the WalMart/Amazon phenomenon.

Walmart employees are overpaid at 11 an hour imo

The ones that I saw in the Natchez/Vidalia area are fortunate to have a job.
There is no such thing as fast food in that area.

11 bucks an hour, married couple, pulls in like 45k if both work at Wal Mart, with healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k.

One car, one small house, and no meals. out...one person can go to school and get a nursing degree or something that is employable. Get out and they are making a combined 75k a year in a matter of 2 years. 2 years of modest/no frills living and they are on the way to success. 4 more years and they can both be out with degrees and making 6 figures as a married couple. Living better every day. Vacations, school, tutors and their kids can do what ever they choose.

Wal Mart breaks the cycle of poverty in one generation. And Warren wants to bitch about it.

It is complete bull shite the lengths Wal-Mart will go to shift the burden of keeping its employees out of poverty onto the taxpayer by helping them enroll in Medicaid, Tanf, and Snap. On the other hand it really isn't their fault. If the government didn't give out the freebies the labor market would be better.

so which one is it??? have some courage to take a position.

You're free to start a similar business model and pay your employees twice what Walmart pays. Why aren't you doing that?
