He ran on pro-life so let’s see how he is going to weasel around La, Bill to change abortion to chargeable homicide.

They should make sure to include women who travel out of state to get one.
That's just insanity. No one should want a state government to have the ability to make acts that occur in other states illegal. You're opening up a pandora's box of unintended consequences.

Aren't there laws where crossing state lines to do xyz a crime already?

The Mann Act says you can’t transport a minor over state borders for “immoral purposes”, but that is federal.
Still makes for a hell of a hammer if minors cross state lines for abortions.

Not a lawyer, but the only laws I know of involve states saying that you can't cross in to that state with items etc. which is pretty different than "you can't leave the state and do X".
Also there are federal laws regarding interstate commerce etc. which is why I specified "state government".

JBE will veto it as soon as it comes across his desk. He’s trying to get to DC in the Biden admin . REPUBLICANS FOR JBE.

Glad to see Louisiana politicians tackling the real issues in the state.

The bill is so fricking sloppy it’s hard to look at.
No wonder, it was drafted by a pastor.
Would you want an imam regulating education in the state?

1. It is murder. 2. It's not murder for the majority of mothers killing their babies who have been gaslit into believing they're not babies, so the mens rea is kind of lacking. 3. Charge the doctor, not mother. Doing this wins no votes and justifies the left's lies and radicalism.

No worries, Decatur. No one is going to come after you for aborting yourself.

Late 3rd term abortion is legal in NY. Stop lying.

IVF implants already fertilized eggs into the female. Any that aren’t implanted are discarded. If you think life begins at conception (aka fertilization) then discarding fertilized eggs is an abortion and would be illegal.

Oh good. I can't wait for the great state of Louisiana to use its high caliber govt servants and tax dollars to pursue this. What could go wrong?
When has anything the state (or most parishes) done that hasn't turned out to be a total circus?

Late 3rd trimester feels that way, yes.
This is you problem..
And the problem with a viability argument to begin with.
No baby...0days to several years old is viable without assistance. And we know medicine will continue making advancements in baby saving protocol for 1st trimester.
So you're really just guessing and feeling.
Why not take the safe bet and not risk being wrong in this topic. Because the mother had unprotected sex and now has to be responsible?
Screw all that.
