So far in the 2026 Redistricting wars Dems picked up 5 in Cali and 1 in Utah. VA would would have been +4.

Republicans are +5 Texas, +4 in FL, +1 Tennessee, Missouri +1, NC +1, Ohio +1, Alabama +1, Louisiana will be +1

I think this was a massive waste of money on both sides of this referendum, but I also understand why they did what they did.

That being said, I am proud of the VA SC for calling it straight and ruling on the issues, not being partisan about it.

Massive blow to the democrats now and in the future.

There won’t be a blue wave. They will only be capable of controlling the House by a handful of seats.

Reading through it, it seems like they only ruled on one issue (the timing) and not others as it would be moot.

And by trying it so blatantly, it sparked moves all over the country to counter the move, because of the rulings against it.
So Virginia gets fricked, and the rest of the states redistricting, are picking up GOP seats.

Its going to be a HUGE GOP boost in seats

I think they meant that thousands of lopsided and fraudulent mail in ballots at the last hour passed it.

The Supreme Court of Virginia has struck down new congressional map that Virginia voters passed last month

So what's good about this? This reeks of judicial activism by the Imperial Judiciary, negating the will of the voters.

We are not a democracy, we are a republic. This should never have even gone to a general vote.

And you can frick right off with that "imperial judiciary" bullshite. You're the first one on this forum to come jerk off frantically whenever a fed judge issues an injunction against Trump you hypocritical piece of shite.
