How long before McCarthy makes a deal with the dems to let them have key committee seats for their votes? He's either got to make a deal with the Freedom Caucus or the dems, and I bet he hates the Freedom Caucus way more than the dems seeing as he is a Rino swamp creature.

In the case of Spartz, she voted for McCarthy the first three rounds but then backed off her support by voting present.

A “present” vote does not count towards the vote, but it contributes towards the quorum (the minimum number of members required in attendance for the body to conduct business legally).
