Nazis weren't the only ones exterminating people during ww2. You had the Banderites in Ukraine, the Italian fascist groups, Hungary had some similar Nazi groups. Croatia had the Ustasha trying to eliminate all Serbs, Jews and Orthodox Christians.

Where do you get this number? I have lived and worked there with the Ukraine military and I can tell you that it is more like 80 percent. The Ukrainians are more subdued about it than the stupid American racist parties. Trust me, the Ukraine military is full of Nazis. Russia is no better.

Oh I understand all that, but weren’t the OUN Rusdiaa as Nd in the sense their country was Russia and Ukraine was a “stste” in Russia.
What the OUN did was indefensible. There’s no question of that. But what Russia did far more than the OUN. That can be easily proven.
Furthermore, the Russian invasion we see now can’t be condoned because of what happened in 1941. It is completely immoral and illegal.

Yes, the political terror and unrestrained torture and murder perpetrated by the Bolsheviks and their subsequent state apparatus upon their own civilian population along with foreign populations who fell under their control due to aggressive political wars carried out by the Soviets are absolutely more criminally and morally contemptible than the bombing campaign carried out during wartime against an enemy state.

What does this have to do with anything? The OP suggested that some Ukrainians were guilty of war crimes against Jews 80 years ago and thus Putin’s war justifications are somehow legitimate. Making such an argument when the Russians were guilty of equally heinous crimes on a far wider scale and in a far more systematic fashion from an earlier start and longer duration, against UKRAINIANS specifically even, is absolutely fricking absurd and moronic. So unless you wish to take issue with that point, you aren’t addressing my argument but rather a strawman.
